More customized Search
I would like to be able to chose to look for both 2 and 3 br places, but unfortunately I can only select one or the other or "any" which will also search for 1 brs which I'm not interested in. Maybe a check box should be implemented on some of the search criteria so you can more easily customize your search.

check that the address is in the correct location
In a quick look at the San Francisco area I am finding that properties which show up on the City map are actually in surrounding cities. There are streets that have the same name in say Piedmont CA, and San Francisco. I click on a location in SF, and get a property in Piedmont showing up. I don't know how you solve it but that's for you to figure out!

looking for a 3br
If I'm looking for a 3BR chances are I am not looking to find a single bedroom in a shared apartment/house. It would be nice to be able to filter somehow if it says 3br then it means that 3 people can move in. Maybe its a disclaimer when setting up a listing. Just makes it easier to organize

hide listings
As it is a nice feature to tag listing that you are interested in, it would also be a nice feature to be able to hide listings that you are uninterested in. so it cleans up your search and you don't keep looking at the same listings over and over again.

stickies
It would be nice to have the power to add a sticky note to your tagged listings (listings of interest). So you can write quick notes about what you like about the place. so you can very quickly and easily go through your listings. Maybe its even as simple as being able to customize the headings in your tagged listings folder.

Slide bars when searching
The slide bars when searching limit how narrow the range can be. For example, try searching for a price range between $1 and $1000. You simply can't because the sliding controls prevent you from doing so. Same thing with the Square Footage.

show walking distances to TTC stops (for Toronto).
This is a big thing for people looking for a place in Toronto. Also three other things:
1) When I click on a particular listing I don't know how to get back to the map that shows all the properties i.e. I can only see that one property on the map
2) I don't like how when you click on the pictures of the apartment it kind of opens up a new slideshow. This slows down the process a bit.
3) Include sq. footage as a key spec for each property listing.

Annonymity
You should be able to add annonymity to reviews. People will be more likely to give realistic reviews if they know they have the option of being annoymous... or if they can create a username. I don't like the fact that I live in a building and now is someone who lives in my building sees my review they know it was from me. That can be embarassing.

program like Pandora
Where it learns what you are interested in and constantly updates your search based on items that you check or x as interested or uninterested. Similar to Pandora's music player where you listen to music and vote and it recommends similar music that you might be interested in.
